Conscious Relationship Academy

We are Ezequiel and Sarah, co-founders of the Conscious Relationship Academy. We have also been partners since May 2025. We met online in a course about Nonviolent Communication in 2024. Slowly our relationship shifted from that to empathy buddies, to friends and, now, to partners. We have an unconventional relationship, we live in 2 different countries, and we were both pretty clear with our needs in entering into this partnership. We went through a process inspired by Relationship Anarchy and the Relationship Anarchy Smorgasbord to co-create agreements that work for both of us in several different areas of life, from communication to visit frequency to sexuality. The process was deeply connecting and has allowed us to have better clarity and a shared reality of our relationship space. We've since reviewed our agreements a few times, added new areas, and also rated our satisfaction with each agreement.

Who are we?

What is the Conscious Relationship Academy?

We started the Conscious Relationship Academy to share our process of co-creating relationship agreements with the world. When we refer to relationships, we mean ALL types of relationships, from family relationships to intimate relationships to work relationships to neighbours. So many relationships end or fall into conflict or despair from having unclear or unspoken expectations. The process that we teach in the Conscious Relationship Academy is designed to help bring individuals into deeper self-connection, and then to create relationship agreements from that place. We offer an introduction workshop, a guided workbook, a 6-week relationship co-creation experience, and also coaching for individuals and mediation for couples/people in any sort of relationship.
